Playing Catch Up!

I am still playing catch up with all my swap commitments following my FIL's passing but today was able to get quite a bit of creating done, just means there will be more housework waiting for me tomorrow....lol.  Here's some more ATC's and Background Papers I have made for some of my swaps for my Wonders Down Under Stampers Group.

Rose Stamp/Sponged Colour Background
I got this idea from the Card I created last week (see here).  I love this Rose Stamp from my Unity KOTM.  It also matches the fabulous Christy Tomlinson She Art Papers.

Emboss Resist/Sponged Colour Background.
This flower also from Unity, I have been using a bit lately too.  And its perfect for this type of technique. The Weathered Background Stamp (SU)  I have stamped in both directions to get a fuller crackle type effect.

Brayered  Kaleidacolor  Ink with Gel Medium, Glitter and Punched Flowered Inlay Background.

You can't really see the effect of the Glitter in this photo but trust me there is heaps of it on this page in various shades simlar to those of my Kaleidacolor Ink Pad.

I also had to make 3 Winged ATC's - I chose to go with a theme of butterflies for all three of these.

Embossed Resist and Sponged Color ATC.
This one I have called Embrace Change - The Red Heart has been colored with a Tria Marker and I have also doodled faux stitching around the edge and lined with a Tria Marker. Both Sentiment and Image are from Unity.

Crayon Resist with Alcohol Inks and Tria Markers ATC.
I love the vibrancy of color on this.  I have called it Flutter, Fly, Butterfly, I don't know if you can tell by the photo but the bottom butterfly is popped up for some dimension and I have added some Gold and Green Glitter Liners and Rhinestones to finish.  The Butterfly is a Stampin' Up! Stamp.

Serendipity Background with Collage ATC
This one was using a background I created using a serendipity style technique combining all my ATC Background Paper off cuts, Stamping, Embossing etc.  I then simply added punched and cut shapes/images collage style to this.  I have simply called this Things with Wings.  The Stampin' Up! XL Bird Punch was used for the leaves and Bird.  The butterflies were off a collage sheet.

Mixed Media Collage on Water Color Wash Background ATC
This one I have called Flower Pots & Dots its for a Open Themed 3-D ATC Swap.  I have used a combination of water color wash, color mist, distress inks to created my initial background, to which I then added my shapes - flower pot, leaves, ric rac and felt flowers.  I then doodled lines with black pen, added color to the dots with ink, Tria Markers, Glitter Liners etc and finished with a couple of rhinestones.  The sentiment is from a Dark Room Door Stamp Set, the Pot and Ric Rac are punch and the Felt Flowers from Stampin' Up!

I also today made a special order 60th Birthday Card which I will share in another post.
