Dabbling with Darkroom Door

You can never have too many stamps I hear you say........well I think you can and you realise this when you haven't used particular ones for ages and start to run out of storage space.  On the other hand I find myself always on the look out for new stamps, I seem to be wanting more, desiring more, needing more, falling in love with more, so I guess it's true you can never have too many......lol.

I have a couple of favorite Stamp Companies one of which is Darkroom Door, I own quite a few of their sets but also have just as many on my wish list.  They have lots of beautiful nature inspired stamps and delightful realistic images including a fabulous array of Vintage and Destination Themes some of which have come in handy of late for my ATC addiction, and they are the perfect choice for lots of cards for all occassions.

Here's a couple I have made over the last few days whilst dabbling with my Darkroom Door Stamps.

A Birthday Card Using the New Birthday Cake Photo Stamp which is my latest DRD Purchase.

A Sympathy Card using the beautiful Collage Daisy Image from the Viva La Flora Vol 2 Set
Image Coloured with Tria Markers and Sentiment by Unity Stamp Company

A Card for Baby using the totally adorable Teddy Bear from the Hello Baby Vol 1 Set
Image coloured with Tria Markers, Distressed Stripes Embossing Folder, Ribbon, Cardstock and Paper from my Stash.

Another totally sweet Birthday Card using the Cupcake Image from  Sweet Treats Vol 1 Set
Image Coloured with Tria Markers, Sentiment from SU, Martha Stewart Ribbon Loop Punch, Paper and Cardstock from my Stash.

Luckily for me I am good friends with Julie from Time to Create who sells these stamps and she has allowed me to play with some of her Darkroom Door Class Sets when I was there last so some of the images I stamped at her studio I have used for a couple of the cards I have been making.  These sets are on my ever growing wish list.   For more beautiful Dark Room Door Inspiration be sure to check out Julie's Blog or the Darkroom Door Site.

I hope you have a great day......I know I will because I am joining some of my crafty friends this evening for a Christmas Break Up.
