September Sketch on the Scrap Lounge

Yes its time for another Sketch Challenge over on the Scrap Lounge, and this month it was my turn to design the sketch.  I have been loving sketches using circles lately so it will come as no shock to you all that my sketch contains three of them.

For my layout example using this sketch, I chose to do a fairly clean and simple page which is of our niece Emma.  This was a professional photo taken of her some years back now, but I love the girly girl feel of this photo and the way it shows off her beautiful smile.

Cardstock/Paper:  Stampin' Up! Me and My Big Ideas
Ink:  Archival Sepia, SU Choc Chip Marker
Other:  Felt Flowers and Buttons

I made the felt flowers by layering two different size and colour some felt flowers together and adding a button as the centre.

The other DT Members have all interpretted this sketch differently so you can see their takes on it by visiting the Scrap Lounge, which is where you also need to visit to play along with this Sketch Challenge or the Technique Challenge this month which is Paper Tearing and Scrunching.
